Written like a high school book report. Begins each chapter with "In this chapter I will...." He does a lot of telling and virtually no explaining. Describes hypnotism and NLP but doesn't actually talk about how to use them. It's like the entire book is a summary of topics he's read about in People magazine - absolutely no content or information of any kind.
