Jenny Keller’s eat more dessert is what every gal should own who loves to bake. In fact, if you don’t like to bake you should still own this book. Super easy ideas on how to put together a dessert table and yummy tasting treats that not only children love but adults love even more. Her recipe for Oreo cake pops and Christmas Crack, got my husbands office excited for Christmas treats. From one PNW girl to another, Thanks Jenny!

I by luck stumbled across Jenny's blog and saw that she had a book coming out. I pre-ordered it in hopes it'd give me some new ideas. This book has TONS of ideas and recipes. The dessert tables are amazing to look at! She has 10 different themes with at least 10 recipes/ideas to go with each of them. While you may have seen some of the things, rose cakes and ruffle cakes, her presentation makes them unique with her own twist. Her recipes are simple, most start with a box cake mix and pudding, yet they look like you spent hours decorating them! The pictures are really inviting and will make you want to try them all! I really love that she uses buttercream on her cookies instead of royal icing. With that said, her buttercream does have shortening and margarine in it which I know can put some people off, but I honestly think it'll be worth a try. I'm not a shortening in my icing person, but I am going to try it because she makes it look that good. This is a good book to have whether or not you're a baker because anyone can get use from it and/or inspiration from it. It's definitely worth it!

Jenny Keller's book, Eat More Dessert: More than 100 Simple-to-Make & Fun-to-Eat Baked Goods, is such a fun and innovative how to cookbook. I love to plan parties and I have found myself running out of ideas as to how to decorate the dessert table and even find myself needing new recipes. This book has all of that. It is fun, creative and has oh so tasty recipes. Each page is full of ideas, and the easy step by step pictures makes it impossible to make a mistake. Jenny Keller throws great parties and now I can feel confident that I too can creative fabulous dessert tables and make great food. I would recommend this book to no only beginner bakers but to experienced bakers and all in between. This book will be a favorite among the Olin household.

Just a warning for those who like to bake from scratch - this book entails more decorating - adorable decorating - ideas than anything. I expected the RECIPES to be from scratch rather than use of cake mixes. With that in mind, I plan to use homemade cake recipes with these cute ideas.

I just LOVE this book. I fell in love with the Sugar Cookies and Buttercream Frosting recipes. I've made them several times now and each time they are the hit of the party!!! Everyone asks for the recipe and how I made them. I've also tried the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting and I have to say it is my favorite chocolate frosting ever!!I really appreciated the creativity in this book. Not just general rice krispie treats or cupcakes, but the creative ideas are like your favorite online bookmarks in your hand. The Bitty Banana Pudding Cups are PERFECT!!!! Every single page is detailed, perfected, and extraordinary to create the most amazing and talked about dessert table!!!The party tables are nothing short of AMAZING and very creative!! I've searched through it so many times now looking for inspiration for different events that come up. The book is well put together, easy to use and extremely thorough. I also really appreciate the author sharing a bit of her own life, and family in this book.

I actually ordered this cookbook from four different sellers for gifts. This was by far the best condition book of all, even though they were all suppose to be “very good”. With fast shipping and excellent price, this was a great purchase!!

This dessert book is just what I needed--Easy to follow, full of ideas and last but not least, beautiful pictures galore. Jenny draws you in from the first pages of the book where she describes her cute little family and her love for baking. She then guides you through the various seasons with her stunning desserts and dessert tables, and as I mentioned before, lots of pictures! Jenny definitely has a knack for putting together delicious desserts and adorable dessert tables whether it be a vintage inspired party or a glamorous affair. Jenny has inspired me to continue baking and has got my creative juices flowing once again. If you are looking for ideas for a wedding, baby shower, adult or child's birthday party, then this the the book to for you. I'm looking forward to using many of Jenny's techniques and inspirations for a few parties of my own.

I LOVE me anything Jenny Keller. Her cookbook has inspired me to be so much more creative in my decorating. The recipes are easy to follow and the instructions spot on. I've done a few wedding dessert tables with ALL the recipes from this book. Thanks, Jenny!
